Job Overview This role supports brand, business, and communication objectives through event development and execution in retail environments. It leads event management, team training, and customer experience initiatives to meet showroom performance goals. Job Responsibilities
Manage and execute retail events from planning through post‑event analysis to achieve defined event performance metrics
Lead and coach retail employees to deliver consistent customer service and meet showroom sales and service objectives
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase local brand visibility and maintain current, relevant content
Engage with local community and business networks to build brand awareness and identify partnership opportunities
Coordinate partner retail events including logistics, training, and onsite management to drive store traffic and awareness
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to employees and partner sales associates to enhance customer experience
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience
High School Diploma/GED (Required)
2–4 years – 3 Years Retail Management experience in high volume environment
