Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Developer based in Virginia Beach/Norfolk, VA. While the position requires involvement in local business activities, some work from home is permissible. The Business Developer will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and fostering strong customer relationships. Additional daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, developing proposals, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and support company growth. Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships Experience in lead generation and market research to identify and pursue prospective clients Customer service experience to address client needs effectively and provide tailored solutions Ability to set and achieve sales goals proactively and independently Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with the elevator industry or related sectors is a plus Seniority level
