We are the fastest growing Dermatology practice in the North East with 50+ locations, throughout four New York City boroughs, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.
As an HR Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role blends strategy, relationship-building, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and/or non-clinical roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination) Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates Track candidates and hiring metrics using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives Assist with onboarding and pre-employment processes Qualifications
1–3+ years of recruitment or HR experience required Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Experience recruiting in healthcare, corporate, or high-growth environments Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices SHRM or PHR certification (or interest in pursuing) What We Offer
