What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee multiple rebuild projects
Maintain direct communication with customers from start to finish
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections
Ensure all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Identify and address technical or scope‑related issues promptly
Support change order estimating, approval, and documentation
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Minimum 5 years hands‑on construction experience
2 years project management experience
Remodeling/restoration background preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid driver’s license, able to lift 50+ lbs
Pass background check and drug screen
Xactimate experience a plus
