Guy M. Turner, Inc. is looking for a working foreman to lead a rigging and machinery‑moving crew. You'll be on job sites every day, running the crew, loading, lifting, moving, and setting heavy equipment. Our work is primarily local and regional—mostly day‑work, returning home most nights.
Responsibilities
Lead a crew on machinery‑moving, rigging, and installation jobs
Work hands‑on with forklifts, cranes, skates, jacks, and rigging gear
Plan lifts, give direction, and make sure work is done safely
Load, move, set, and align machines and equipment
Read and follow lift plans, drawings, and layouts
Fill out basic job paperwork and talk with customers as needed
Travel to different job sites when required
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
1–3 years rigging, machinery moving, or machinery installation experience
2+ years leading a crew or working as a foreman
Able to read simple drawings and lift plans
Willing to travel, work overtime, and weekends when needed
Location & Salary Greensboro, NC
Salary range: $102,000.00–$184,000.00
