Overview First Command Financial Advisors coach military families in their pursuit of financial security, shaping positive financial behaviors through face‑to‑face coaching with a client‑first philosophy.

What Our Financial Advisors Do

Serve as a personal coach to military families, developing a financial plan that constantly evolves to meet short‑term and long‑term goals.

Help clients manage day‑to‑day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against unexpected events.

Engage the community to bring new clients to First Command, with support from the local district team and Home Office.

Partner with local military organizations, units, and supporting institutions to reach the military community.

Coach families on building a comprehensive financial plan, covering savings and banking, investments and wealth management, and insurance and risk management.

What We Offer

Specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

Full sponsorship for registration and licensing, including guidance to pursue SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.

Upon successful licensing, opportunity to join our paid training program with a local district office.

Initial salary: hourly wage for the first three months (minimum wage in the state). After that, transition to a salaried position with progressive incentives for the remainder of the nine‑month paid training period.
