As a clinician at Chrysalis Health, you will provide individual and family therapy to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Specifically, you’ll support at‑risk youth aged 11‑21 through our partnerships with the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ).

Assigned a dedicated clinical manager to optimize daily practices and help manage your client caseload and navigate your career
Impactful Client Care Responsibilities
Support at-risk youth aged 11‑21 through our partnerships with the DJJ
Provide in-home, community-based therapeutic services to clients
Deliver evidence-based practices such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing (MI) for mental health and substance use counseling
Conduct weekly individual and family therapy sessions, ensuring high-quality care
Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
Maintain compliance with Medicaid, DJJ contracts, and Chrysalis Health policies
Utilize community resources for supportive services and discharge planning
Effectively engage with culturally diverse groups experiencing psychiatric, substance use, or medical challenges
Demonstrate flexibility by accommodating evening and weekend client schedules
Candidate Requirements
Must reside within the State of Florida
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Florida Mental Health Registered Interns Preferred
At least one year of counseling experience in mental health and/or substance use
A valid Florida driver’s license with proof of insurance and a clean driving record
Organizational and time allocation skills, flexibility to flex hours to meet client scheduling needs, and ability to provide services in client homes, schools, and other community settings
Ability to utilize self-care techniques to best manage OPTimal work life balance
Compassionate, engaging, and a strong desire to help others
Ability to document therapy services in electronic medical records (EMR) platform
