Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the service department
Supervise and coach service advisors and technicians
Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
Monitor department performance (sales, gross profit, productivity, CSI scores)
Work closely with Parts and Sales departments to meet internal service needs
Enforce safety and compliance standards
Implement continuous improvements and hit performance goals
Qualifications / Requirements
Service Management experience at a franchise dealership required
Lead by example and bring out the best in your team
Know how to balance efficiency with quality and customer care
Understand flat rate systems, workflow management, and technician motivation
Are confident with DMS tools (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms
Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
Must pass pre-employment screening
