Pediatric Nurse Navigator - Congenital Heart We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Navigator to serve Women and Children patients at Medical City Dallas, focusing on Pediatric Congenital Heart. This on‑site role is Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM in Dallas, TX.

Job Summary & Qualifications Job Summary:

As the Nurse Navigator, you serve as a member of the multidisciplinary team, acting as an advocate and educator for patients with complex medical conditions. Your primary function is to support patients through the healthcare system to optimize care and outcomes. You will coach patients, coordinate appointments, resolve barriers, provide education, and connect with community resources. You will manage data collection to track navigation program performance and identify opportunities to streamline care based on evidence‑based guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse licensed in the state where you practice.

3+ years of clinical experience.

3+ years as a Nurse Navigator and/or patient educator in a relevant service line (preferred).

3+ years minimum pediatric/PICU experience (preferred).

Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (required; preferred if remote).

Service line specialty certification (preferred).

Experience in pediatric or critical care (CICU) (preferred).

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
