Overview Competitive compensation, a $1,500 sign‑on bonus, and flexible scheduling with opportunities to transition to full‑time roles. Our providers work during the day, evening, or weekend based on their schedule.
Responsibilities
Conduct adult and geriatric assessments including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, health education, physician referrals, case management referrals, follow‑up, and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols.
Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate.
Collaborate with Primary Care Physician on patient education and follow‑up as necessary.
Provide services at the member’s place of residence, which can be in their homes or skilled nursing facilities.
Benefits
Flexibility – Visits are scheduled based on availability. Assessments are conducted Sunday‑Saturday from 8 am‑7 pm.
Competitive pay – Earn income per assessment completed; monthly earnings range from $1,800 to $11,500 depending on visits and state rates.
Benefits – Mileage reimbursement, 401(k), employee referral bonuses, and limited voluntary benefits.
Education and support – Comprehensive onboarding training, a preceptor, 1:1 feedback, and free access to continuing education.
Additional licensure – Support for acquiring additional state licensure and credentialing.
Full‑time opportunities – PRN providers can transition to FT roles with a sign‑on bonus.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
Current NP licensure in state of practice, including prescription authority or ability to obtain it.
AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care (AGP), Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.
Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
1 year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
Valid state driver’s license and proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for state of residence.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
