What You’ll Do
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in residents.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support functional outcomes.
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, patient‑focused care.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation per facility and regulatory standards.
