Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families. Respond to patient needs and individualize treatment plans. Implement progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. Provide in‑house therapy with local management support. Requirements
Graduate of an accredited therapy program. Licensed in the state where the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) will be located. Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. Additional Information
