We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, including IV therapy, within the framework of the Licensed Practical Nurse Act under the guidance of a registered nurse. The LPN will assist and direct ancillary nursing staff, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and uphold the highest quality personalized patient care.

Education High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience None required.
Certifications
Current licensed practical nursing (LPN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred: IV Therapy Credentials.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Excellent organizational and time management skills and self‑directed judgment.
Good interpersonal and delegation skills.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
Job Duties
Effectively uses the nursing process in patient care through data gathering, planning, and evaluation.
Provides care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to patients’ ages.
Communicates effectively and professionally with patients, guests, family members, and co‑workers to ensure a quality patient experience.
Adapts to rapid change positively throughout the day as unit or department needs evolve.
Manages personal professional development and maintains required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training, and credentials.
Performs other related duties as required.
Physical and Environmental Demands The physical demands include occasional exertion of 50–100 pounds, frequent exertion of 25–50 pounds, and constant exertion of 10–20 pounds to move objects. The job also involves regular exposure to blood, body fluids, tissue, and potential hazards from medications, hazardous waste, and communicable diseases.
