Free Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training and Certification

What You'll Do

Provide one‑on‑one therapy in a home setting.

Implement behavior intervention plans.

Track data, write progress notes, and work collaboratively with your BCBA Supervisor.

Requirements

Experience working with children.

High School or equivalent education.

Valid Driver's License.

Access to a mobile device and ability to navigate technology platforms such as Zoom and email.

Reliable transportation (own vehicle); bus and Uber are not considered reliable.

Physically and actively able to participate in all aspects of ABA therapy.

Ability to assume a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crouching, sitting, standing) while working with children with developmental disabilities and severe behavior problems.

Visual acuity to ensure accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the assigned work.

Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication.

Required availability 4–5 weekdays between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., 4–5 hours per day within that window; specific schedules assigned based on client needs.
