The HR Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources functions of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure HR policies and practices align with organizational goals, promote a positive workplace culture, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Partner with leadership to plan workforce requirements, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.

Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decisions for talent management and retention.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

Work closely with department heads to define role requirements and develop job descriptions.

Oversee recruitment campaigns, screening, and interviewing processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a key point of contact for employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.

Proactively manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and implement solutions to maintain a positive work environment.

Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction, morale, and retention.

Performance Management & Development

Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement development plans.

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to upskill employees.

HR Policies & Compliance

Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and HRIS systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Oversee payroll administration, compensation structures, and benefits programs.

Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and workplace policies.

Recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits plans to support organizational goals.

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare and present HR reports, including headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction data.

Use HR analytics to inform strategic initiatives and improve HR effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Development

Mentor and guide HR team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and labor regulations.

Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work strategically and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.

Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management.

Track record of driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
