Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure support, is seeking a
CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical
to join their team. As part of the Critical Environment Department, you will support maintenance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive attitude that aligns with the organization.

Lithia Springs, GA
Contract:
6–18 Month Contract
Shift:
12 Hour Shifts – Day
Pay Range:
$45
What's the Job?
Perform diagnostics and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, and mechanical systems in critical environments.
Conduct scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems according to global standards.
Disassemble fan guards and housings for bearing inspections and infrared scans to detect early signs of failure.
Apply run‑to‑fail strategies where appropriate, ensuring scheduled testing and visual inspections are completed.
Maintain detailed service records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with pumps, motors, and fin‑fan systems in critical environments.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vibration analysis, and thermal scanning techniques.
Familiarity with maintenance task codes, warranty protocols, and local regulatory compliance.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
Completion of relevant technical certifications or manufacturer training preferred.
All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA‑approved NFPA 70E certification.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
