Job Responsibilities
Ensures exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use, and that all equipment undergoes routine cleaning and safety checks.
Notifies appropriate personnel when inventory is low.
Performs and documents daily system quality control (QC) checks in compliance with departmental policies and regulatory requirements.
Reviews patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and identify potential contraindications.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements Bachelor's, high school graduate or equivalent (required); American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Computed Tomography (ARRT‑CT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body; Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement; Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T.‑CERT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body; Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body; Medical Radiation Technology – IEMA (MRT‑IEMA) – EV Accredited Issuing Body; Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body; Radiologic Technologist – License (RT‑LIC) – Accredited Issuing Body; Registered Technologist – Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
Pay Range $28.68 – $53.35 per hour
