Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience – $130,000 - $175,000
Lester Schwab Katz & Dwyer, LLP is seeking experienced attorneys to join our expanding teams across several key practice areas, including Labor Law, Premises Liability, Insurance Coverage, and General Liability.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant litigation experience in one or more of the listed practice areas
Proven ability to take and defend depositions
Experience drafting legal reports and engaging in motion practice
Experience with making court appearances
