What to Expect This is a direct care opportunity to assist case managers in helping members reach personal goals in support of an improved quality of life.
Responsibilities
Aiding in development of daily living skills including grocery shopping, personal hygiene, laundry, and maintenance of personal living space.
Scheduling, transporting, and accompanying clients to medical appointments.
Assisting with scheduled activities and community lunch, and facilitating lab runs.
