We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep our properties and outdoor spaces in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all the people who visit and love the place.
Salary:
£24,862.50 per annum/ £12.75 per hour
Contract:
Permanent
Hours/working pattern:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
This role can be based from either our Fyne Court or our Holnicote Estate office. Travel across the portfolio is an essential part of the role and due to this travel, a full driving license is required.
For this role, you’ll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.
What it's like to work here This role sits within the Somerset Coast and Countryside portfolio which includes famous sites such as Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Wellington Monument as well as large expanses of countryside across the Mendips, the Quantocks and Exmoor.
What you'll be doing As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service. You’ll help the property team to meet their goals by keeping standards high. You’ll be helping with maintenance and repairs (reactive, as well as planned and preventative), cleaning and caretaking, the presentation of public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds), preparing meeting rooms and co‑ordinating deliveries and collections.
