Location: Madison, WI – relocation required. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
About the Role Join our Project Management team and drive impactful projects to improve patient care by implementing software that saves lives. No software experience required.
Responsibilities
Travel across the US (and abroad if desired) as part of a team that leads software installations.
Present project plans and status updates to hospital leadership.
Coordinate end‑user training and provide comprehensive support during go‑live of Epic software.
Ensure the success of newcomers to the Epic community.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, with typical monthly trips lasting 2–4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Reimbursement for relocation to the Madison, WI area.
