Key Responsibilities
Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations.
Travel across the US (and abroad if interested) to lead software installations and ensure the success of new Epic community members.
Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end‑user training, and provide comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software.
Exercise autonomy in decision‑making while receiving full support and guidance from Epic leadership.
Key Qualifications
Experience in project management or related role (no specific software experience required).
Undergraduate degree (any major) or equivalent experience.
A history of academic and professional success.
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, typically 1‑2 trips per month lasting 2‑4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Reimbursed relocation to the Madison, WI area.
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
