Installation and Service Supervisor
Base pay range: $65,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Details We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation, commissioning, and start‑up of advanced processing and bulk material handling systems. This is a hands‑on, travel‑heavy role for a self‑starter who can lead on‑site installations, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems, and train clients on system operation.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the installation of process automation equipment such as pneumatic conveying systems, bulk solids and particle handling systems, dust abatement systems, belt & screw conveyors, vibrating screen separators, cyclones, filters, rotary valves, feeders, scales, and bagging/packaging systems.
Perform commissioning/start‑up, assist with programming integration, and provide end‑user training.
Troubleshoot and repair system components (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic).
Install, adjust, and calibrate instruments and machinery to optimal specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
Complete all required documentation, logs, and service reports.
Travel & Tools Travel extensive (up to 90%) across North America; occasional overseas support for special projects. No company vehicle provided; must have reliable transportation to office when not traveling. Basic hand tools required (multi‑screwdriver, small wrenches, terminal screwdrivers, multimeter). Specialized tools available at the main office for loan as needed. Company credit card provided for travel expenses; per diem provided for meals.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years’ experience in installation supervision or a similar field role.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, including ability to read and work from detailed drawings and schematics.
Ability to work in hot, dusty, or noisy environments with proper PPE.
Physically able to stand/walk for long periods, climb, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
Proficient with basic computer skills; able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Welding/fabrication skills (aluminum and stainless steel).
Forklift operation experience (training available).
Electrical troubleshooting and panel wiring experience.
PLC familiarity, including basic code review for troubleshooting.
Previous experience with pneumatic conveying and bulk handling equipment.
