Supply Chain Operations Manager – Rutledge Tower Job Description Summary Manages one or more functional areas of a department. Manages staff and provides hire/fire authority. Evaluates and improves processes while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Holds greater financial authority and manages strategic initiatives that impact the organization. Works independently and with leadership to support budget, operational goals, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of supply chain logistics and central warehousing.

Optimize storage and movement of medical supplies and equipment.

Lead initiatives to improve warehouse utilization at the CSC.

Assist supply chain leadership with tactical operations across MUSC system.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 6 years progressive experience and 1 year management experience.
