Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Manager of Business Operations, stationed in Philadelphia, PA. As a Regional Manager, you will lead, plan, and oversee operational activities within the region, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project execution, managing budgets, allocating resources efficiently, leading a team, driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and interfacing with stakeholders. You will contribute to the overall strategic goals of the company and work both in-office and remotely as needed to enhance business operations.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with operational planning and resource allocation
Familiarity with environmental regulations, hazardous waste management, and compliance standards
Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and performance analysis
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with travel as necessary
Demonstrated knowledge in industrial services, emergency response, and waste remediation management is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HAZWOPER, PMP) are advantageous
