Job Details

Work 12‑hour night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

13‑week contract with guaranteed 48 hours per week (overtime after 48 hours)

Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Float to all inpatient units as needed

Can be low censused and placed on call with 2‑hour minimum call back

Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license and AHA BLS

Minimum 1 year experience in medical surgical rehab (preferred) or medical surgical background

Inpatient hospital setting experience required (STAC)

Epic charting experience preferred

Rehab knowledge required for primary cases including stroke, trauma, debility, amputation, and cardiac patients

Work on 12‑bed inpatient rehab unit with patient ratios of 1:4‑1:6 for day shift and 1:8 for night shift

Must be outside 50‑mile radius of facility

Scrubs: any color allowed

Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred

Must be hard worker, resilient, and manage change well with strong social skills
