Our client, a leading dental practice in New York, NY, is seeking a
Dental Assistant‑Certified
to cover a maternity leave for 3 months. As part of the patient‑care team, you will support dental professionals in delivering high‑quality services.
Location:
New York, NY 10003
Pay Range:
$27–$32 per hour
Responsibilities:
Provide four‑handed dental assisting to support the dental team.
Take digital x‑rays and perform perio charting.
Assist in taking impressions and pouring dental models.
Ensure proper sterilization of instruments and maintain a clean workspace.
Support other tasks related to patient care as required.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Dental Assistant.
Experience in private practice and with multiple providers.
Availability to work 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Flexibility to work shifts from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with patients and team members.
