Licensed Psychologist – Behavioral Health
Wind River Family and Community Health Care is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide behavioral health services.
Responsibilities include responding to referrals from Behavioral Health and Medical Providers, conducting psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, performing psychological testing within scope of practice, diagnosing and treating patients with psychiatric disorders, and providing mental health consultations to medical staff. The psychologist will coordinate referrals for admission to acute psychiatric inpatient settings, participate in community and staff education on mental health issues, complete documentation within one week in the electronic health record system, collaborate with Tribal departments for continuity of care, and develop partnerships with healthcare and social service providers. Other duties as assigned to enhance program operation are also expected.
