Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Sales Design Consultant for a hybrid role based in Lakewood Ranch, FL, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home opportunities. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences, design custom storage solutions, and manage the sales process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include conducting in‑home consultations, creating designs to suit unique spaces, presenting proposals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service with an ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients.
Experience in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge or background in Interior Design, Furniture, or Furnishings, with the ability to create functional and visually appealing designs tailored to client needs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with design software and/or tools is a plus.
Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
