Job Responsibilities
Educate students to standard proficiency levels in aerospace manufacturing.
Secure qualification in accordance with Boeing Company standards and conduct training in compliance.
Deliver courses as written, including check-in of participants and ensure all materials are in the classroom.
Complete and drop off any required course information for the administrative office within 24 hours of course completion.
Work with students in both the classroom and lab setting.
Minimum Requirements
A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in training, manufacturing, and/or military training, or an associate’s degree and two (2) years relevant experience, or a high school diploma and four (4) years relevant experience.
Compliance in maintaining proprietary information and Boeing’s policies, procedures and safety requirements.
Capable of handling chemicals, solvents, hazardous materials daily, including MPK, Alcohols, Alodine, sealants, composites, and more, while prioritizing safety.
Ability to conduct training while standing for 3 or more-hour sessions. Able to provide your own transportation to deliver training at multiple training sites.
Familiarity with manufacturing production environments, engineering drawings, manufacturing management software, curriculum development and web-based processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of aerospace training and/or manufacturing experience.
