We are looking for full-time Automotive Mechanics to join Team Mavis at one of our service and retail tire centers in the Marathon, FL area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and perform a wide variety of automotive services on customers\' vehicles as leaders in undercar repairs. Perform undercar repairs including brakes, struts and shocks. Complete state-mandated inspections, change oil and filters, check fluids, replace worn parts, and dismount, mount, rotate and balance tires. Employee Benefits

Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Possess 2 years of experience and/or training in automotive repair and maintenance or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. Possess an extensive toolbox of personal tools used in performing undercar repairs. Preferred: state inspection license(s); ASE Certifications in Automotive Maintenance and Light Repair (G1), Suspension and Steering (A4), and Brakes (A5). Physical Demands
Active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, climbing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive movements; regularly lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds. Job Details
