Reporting Principal - Remote Job Description The Finance Reporting Principal is responsible for supporting the business in decision making and operations efforts by providing data, reporting and business intelligence services. This role is responsible for leading cross‑functional projects and acting as a coach and mentor for other members of the Financial Systems team.

This position requires 3 years of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Fusion Analytics Warehouse and/or OBIEE

Responsibilities

Build and maintain reporting, data, and metrics leveraging Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)

Translate business requirements for development within multiple reporting and prototyping platforms and determine appropriate solution design and technical design, while adhering to best practices

Develop strategic partnerships with various levels of leadership within the organization, acting as a representative of the broader Financial Systems team

Provide consulting services to business partners and Finance team members regarding clarification of business issues, technical solution options and database/reporting options

Participate in evaluating new technologies to ensure the advancement of technology architecture and data within organization business intelligence needs

Coach, lead and provide guidance to other members of the team

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required

7 years of work experience in data analysis and reporting, including 5 years of SQL experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) is required

Experience with Oracle Cloud Platform reporting tools (OAC, Smartview, Narrative Reporting, OTBI)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access tools

Ability to analyze and solve complex problems using analytical tools

Time management and prioritization skills

Experience working with multiple business areas and different levels of leadership

Experience with Finance data management and hierarchies (such as Oracle EDM)

Experience supporting Finance and Operational reporting across data lakes and finance platforms

Experience with report generating technologies (such as SAS, Alteryx, Qlikview, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.)

Experience leading cross‑functional Business Intelligence projects

Experience with data consolidation and modeling

Preferred Qualifications

Team lead/supervisory/management experience

Business Intelligence consulting experience, preferably leveraging AI

PBM experience or experience working with medical claims, pharmacy claims, healthcare and/or benefits data

Experience in the implementation of quality process improvement efforts

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
