Responsibilities
Handle securities class actions and shareholder litigation from inception through pre-trial, including drafting complaints, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements; conduct in‑depth legal research and analyze potential case outcomes based on relevant securities laws and precedents; prepare for and attend court proceedings, including status conferences, hearings, and motion arguments; participate in depositions of corporate officers, directors, and expert witnesses, and assist in preparing witnesses for deposition.
Qualifications JD or LLM degree. At least six months' litigation experience as an attorney or judicial law clerk. Admission to NY State Bar.
