$65 an hour
Flexible part‑time hours – Monday to Friday afternoons (3 pm‑7 pm)
Minimum of 3 days per week

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects
Managing & supervising staff: oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Conducting assessments & planning: perform functional behavior assessments, develop treatment goals, and create evidence‑based intervention plans.
Family & caregiver training: lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies.
Team coordination: collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic care.
This BCBA position is ideal for those passionate about autism therapy, behavior analysis, and making a difference—without the constraints of non‑compete clauses.
Qualifications for BCBA Candidates
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
