This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing program risks, and ensuring business processes are optimized. The leader will coordinate UAT, foster team development, and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead and manage large-scale projects from inception through completion, ensuring all phases, including scope definition, resource allocation, and process redesign, are handled effectively.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to drive the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and stakeholder requirements.* Manage interdependencies within the program, ensuring the various components are well-coordinated and risks are mitigated proactively.* Oversee the final delivery of the program, ensuring that all governance, process changes, and control mechanisms are implemented.* Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring smooth communication and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA.* Identify and assess risks, proposing and executing solutions to enhance program delivery and efficiency.* Maintain clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders, keeping them informed of the program’s progress, changes, and challenges.* Supervise both internal and external resources, fostering career development for direct reports and ensuring optimal team performance.* Produce regular status reports, manage the program’s risk log, and facilitate working group meetings for consistent progress tracking.* Work with the Governance team to maintain compliance with reporting standards and ensure all documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date.**Skills Needed:*** Proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects, particularly in complex financial institutions.
