About Metroplex 360: Metroplex 360 is one of the largest Matterport capture providers in the U.S., delivering 3D tours, real estate photography, and marketing media to homebuilders, property managers, and national platforms. What You’ll Do: As a Scheduling Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our nationwide operations by supporting our team, streamlining processes, and solving problems before they even appear.
Manage internal communications and scheduling with precision and urgency
Support the coordination of our nationwide field technician team
Communicate with clients and vendors professionally and proactively
Update and maintain internal tools and systems (Slack, Dropbox, Job Management Software)
Track and execute logistics, assist with project planning, and manage task workflows
Take on special projects and administrative tasks with ownership and accountability
Be the “go-to” person that team members rely on—you’re the difference between chaos and clarity
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Are a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and action
Possess strong critical thinking and can spot inefficiencies and fix them fast
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
