Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Head Coach for a full‑time, on‑site role at Alloy Personal Training in Los Angeles, CA. As the Head Coach, you will lead and oversee the delivery of personalized training programs, create a positive and encouraging environment, and ensure an optimal client experience. You will be responsible for coaching clients, managing a team of trainers, conducting fitness assessments, and ensuring the team’s adherence to Alloy’s premium fitness standards and methodologies. Additional responsibilities include staff training, client retention strategies, and maintaining a safe and supportive training environment.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and support staff effectively.
Experience in personal training, fitness instruction, and creating customized workout plans.
Knowledge of fitness assessment techniques, health and wellness principles, and client progress tracking.
Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional client engagement and team collaboration.
Organizational and time management abilities to handle scheduling, program management, and daily operations efficiently.
Passion for health, fitness, and positively impacting clients’ well‑being.
Professional certifications such as CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) or similar credentials are highly preferred.
Prior experience in the fitness industry or coaching role is a plus.
