Capital Asset Trader

Leverage CAE’s proprietary dataset, cutting-edge technology, and extensive industry network to identify and execute arbitrage opportunities, with a primary focus on the semiconductor sector in global markets. As part of our U.S. expansion strategy, we are building dedicated teams to enhance market coverage and provide personalized client service. This is a high-intensity, performance-driven environment that demands resilience, adaptability, and sharp decision‑making under time-sensitive conditions. The role involves a high volume of cold calling, active deal-making, and real-time interactions with international clients. You will thrive in our fast-paced open trading floor, where competition, collaboration, and rapid professional growth define our culture.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify supply/demand imbalances and pricing trends.
Perform comprehensive asset and pricing evaluations to uncover arbitrage opportunities.
Source, engage, and develop relationships with key counterparties (buyers and sellers).
Lead transaction diligence and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
Structure buyer‑seller agreements and transactional materials.
Proactively generate revenue through deal origination and execution.
Work closely with data, analytics, and settlement teams for seamless transactions.
Present compelling investment opportunities to senior leadership.
Required Experience
Native or bilingual proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 2 years of sales or client‑facing experience with a proven revenue‑generating track record.
Proven experience in cold calling and business development.
Residency must be in Texas state – will be opening an office in Austin.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Role Overview As an International Sales Representative (previously known as ‘Capital Asset Trader’), you will originate, analyze, and execute arbitrage opportunities in the semiconductor industry. Working within a specialized team, you will leverage CAE’s proprietary data‑set, technology, and deep counterparty relationships to develop and complete trades. International Sales Representatives are given tremendous responsibility: negotiating pricing, contracts, and developing and managing multi‑million dollar relationships. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, sales and marketing skills, and instinctual pattern recognition. We are looking for individuals who are tenacious, resilient, competitive, hard‑working, and committed to being part of a cohesive team that services clients exceedingly well.
