Job Overview We are building a pipeline of experienced UAT Test Managers / Leads to support upcoming large‑scale system implementations in the public sector. This role focuses on leading business‑driven user acceptance testing efforts in collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Lead UAT planning, execution, and readiness activities
Coordinate with business stakeholders, project leadership, and technical teams
Define UAT entry/exit criteria and manage defect triage
Provide clear status reporting and testing insights to leadership
Preferred Experience
Prior UAT leadership on enterprise or government systems
Experience with eligibility, case management, or human services platforms is a plus
Familiarity with common test management tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, Azure DevOps)
