Responsibilities Contribute to Vitalant’s life‑saving mission by overseeing the coordination of warehouse supplies, vehicles, and facility requirements. Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and environmental conditions of buildings and grounds. Support management in achieving collection goals and ensuring cost‑effective operations.
What To Expect Schedule:
Monday – Friday, Dayshift
Manage warehouse inventory levels, including reordering and stocking. Load and unload supplies and products.
Manage procurement, requisitioning, inspection and quality control of materials and supplies.
Perform the loading and unloading of supplies and products, and the use of mechanical equipment such as a forklift.
Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records.
Deliveries to Carson City and Sparks Donor Centers weekly.

High School diploma or GED required
Valid in‑state driver’s license
Six months of customer service and inventory experience required
Able to lift 40 lbs
