Flatland Energy Services Midland, TX – $120,000.00-$150,000.00 Position Description The Project Manager at Flatland Energy Services, LLC is responsible for all phases of project management from start to completion. Duties include managing daily activities, project planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, contract administration, safety, labor and equipment resources, and owner and architect relationships. Reports to the CEO. Duties / Responsibilities Manages daily activities and issues related to completing a construction project. Oversees construction projects from start to finish using the Flatland Energy Services pre-planning guide and develops a Master Project Schedule. Develops a Master Variance for accounting of the entire project and ensures all bills are coded per company guidelines. Manages all contracts, pay requests, change orders, RFI’s, ASI’s with the Owner and Architect, and follows up on unpaid invoices. Creates and manages all subcontracts and purchase orders per company guidelines, ensuring all documents are completed and signed. Checks shop drawings for accuracy and compliance with specifications. Ensures all items are delivered per contract schedule to avoid delays. Follows up with architects and engineers to prevent progress delays. Communicates any problems to the Division Manager. Ensures work meets quality standards of project plans and specifications. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience preferred. At least 3 years in an organization involved in team/crew work on a job/project basis. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
