We are looking for candidates for part‑time (including mandatory weekend shifts) at our East Greenwich and Cranston (Garden City) locations. We train you to become part of a dynamic team to help people feel their best.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with every client.

Answer the phone and return voicemails, text messages, and emails.

Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments.

On‑board new clients, obtain waivers, and create client profiles in our POS.

Check‑in and retail customer sessions on our POS.

Greet customers and usher them to their service of choice.

Administer all non‑medical and non‑specialty services.

Provide service tours, sell packages & memberships.

Execute opening and closing duties.

Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products we offer to enhance clients’ goals.

Educate clients on all Restore modalities.

Assist in store operations: maintain cleanliness, laundry upkeep, customer lead outreach, community outreach, store events, and social media efforts.

Qualifications

Availability to work weekends.

A love for health and wellness.

At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment.

Competitive salary plus commission.
