Role Summary:
The Client is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Operations Systems Analyst to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for running and monitoring jobs in the PeopleSoft Financials system, printing critical financial documents, and operating mailing equipment. The position plays a key role in maintaining system performance and ensuring timely execution of production schedules in a structured, high‑availability environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is punctual, reliable, customer‑service focused, and eager to learn and grow. Strong performers may have opportunities for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Run and monitor batch jobs in PeopleSoft Financials, strictly following documented procedures
Monitor system outputs and error messages; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Operate and perform routine maintenance on printing and mailing equipment (printers, folders/sealers, inserters)
Maintain inventory and evaluate new equipment and techniques
Create, update, and maintain operating documentation
Provide timely, professional support to internal users with clear communication
Skill Matrix
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint), w/ability to create, edit & manage docs, spreadsheets & collaborative content effectively.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a structured environment.
Experience with PeopleSoft Financials or similar enterprise financial systems.
Ability to create and run queries in PeopleSoft Financials.
Familiarity with structured IT environments and documented operational procedures.
Experience using FTP/SFTP software such as GoAnywhere.
Experience with SQL and a solid understanding of relational database concepts
