Position
Full‑time Faculty Psychology – 79718 – St. Charles Community College (SCC), Cottleville, MO. Position begins Fall 2026 for the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Responsibilities
Develop and teach psychology courses in multiple modalities (online, hybrid, in‑person).
Commit to excellence in teaching, student learning, assessment, and technology use to improve outcomes.
Use varied teaching techniques that foster critical thinking, research skills, and relevance of psychology.
Participate in professional development, assessment activities, faculty and committee meetings.
Maintain accurate grading, attendance, and other records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field.
At least 18 hours of successful coursework in psychology.
Teaching and/or professional practice/work experience in psychology or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in curriculum development and assessment.
Community college teaching experience.
Expertise in a Learning Management System such as Canvas and using technology to enhance student learning.
Demonstrated excellence in online teaching and Quality Matters (QM) certification.

Salary Instructor: $59,481; Assistant Professor: $65,523; Associate Professor: $72,032. Rank will be assessed at the time of hire.
