Position Details

PRN position Availability is due 4 weeks in advance of schedule start date Call may be required Overtime is normally not available; however, you may be asked to work overtime based on business needs Weekend Hours: Friday 6:30pm to Monday 7:00am Holidays and weekend requirements are based on department hours of operation PRNs are not eligible for benefits but may participate in our 401k program and other rewards programs Responsibilities

Ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment coupled with unparalleled customer service to guarantee a positive experience for all patients, caregivers, stakeholders, and guests Manage all cash transactions for food items and maintain and set up the serving and dining areas Assist with dining room setup, table clearing, and resetting as needed; coordinate daily menu signage, food displays, and guest special needs requests with appropriate departments Receive and greet customers, suggest and describe available menu items, and resolve customer concerns Operate cash register for customers purchasing hot and cold food items, adhering to established pricing structures and ensuring correct portion sizes; complete end‑of‑shift reporting and deposit Ensure proper sanitation of entire workstation and area, hand hygiene, guest contact surfaces, and follow ServSafe guidelines as instructed by leadership Minimum Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred Minimum Experience

A minimum of one year’s experience in Food and Beverage, Hospitality, or a high‑volume hospital cafeteria setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing conditions in a fast‑paced environment Required Licensure & Certifications
