Job Overview Food and consumable associates are focused on two things: taking care of customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet the needs of the customer.
Responsibilities Supervise a team of food and consumables associates, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient merchandising of products. Oversee the movement of incoming merchandise to the sales floor, coordinate seasonal display features, and maintain inventory accuracy. Provide coaching and performance feedback to associates to meet company standards.
