As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. Your presence and interaction with tenants and visitors will support a positive experience. Position Details Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $20.49 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity.
Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site procedures.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all patrols, incidents, and security‑related activities.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal at the location.
Minimum Requirements
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
