The Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off department net, and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, and Flat Rate Hours.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
