We are seeking an experienced and inspiring
Clinic Director - Colleyville, TX
to lead our ABA clinical teams, including BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff. The Clinical Director plays a key strategic role in shaping culture, ensuring clinical integrity, developing leaders, and driving meaningful client outcomes.

Duties
Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based service delivery.
Maintain an active clinical caseload while overseeing treatment planning, supervision, and clinical decision‑making.
Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and organizational policies, including appropriate supervision of technicians.
Oversee insurance authorizations and clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Manage clinic operations including scheduling, staffing, performance oversight, and administrative coordination.
Monitor attendance, utilization, and productivity trends to support operational efficiency and service continuity.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Speech, Occupational Therapy, Intake, and Operations teams to support coordinated care.
Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, support onboarding, and foster professional growth across the clinical team.
Qualifications
BCBA Certification required (active and in good standing)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Proven leadership and professionalism in an ABA or pediatric clinical setting
Strong knowledge of evidence‑based ABA practices and ethical standards
Demonstrated ability to lead with compassion, and develop/retain clinical teams
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to move frequently: sit, stand, walk, kneel, crawl, bend, etc.
Adequate vision and hearing to observe behavior and track data
Ability to use tablets, computers, and therapy materials
Ability to drive/travel between multiple locations (if necessary).
