We are actively looking to hire talented Clinical Psychologists at LifeStance Health to provide high quality behavioral health services for a diverse population.
Position Details
Full‑time, 40‑hour weekly schedule

Training in‑house to administer, score, and interpret the ADOS‑2 (gold standard for Autism Evaluations)

Agency training opportunities including continuing education, case conference, and psychology department meetings
Access to a robust in‑house administrative team that supports all clinical programming
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy to a diverse caseload
Administer, score, and interpret psychological and neuropsychological tests, including pre‑surgical and psychiatric evaluations
Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement treatment plans and interdisciplinary case conference participation
Maintain accurate intake, verification, billing, and coding documentation in a confidential manner
Engage in bi‑weekly CE and continue professional development through national team presentations and CE4Less
Assist in training and supervision of fellows and other trainees, as appropriate
Qualifications
Completion of all doctoral degree requirements for a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
Strong assessment skills, particularly child psychological and neuropsychological testing, are highly recommended
Ability to carry a full caseload of psychotherapy and psychological testing clients for a diverse population
Experience managing a rigorous schedule and a wide variety of clinical experiences
Plan to take the EPPP licensure exam prior to or immediately following the one‑year mark of post‑doctoral fellowship
